Level 3 - Teacher Training
module 1
Module 1 introduces the advanced repertoire for Mat, Reformer, and Cadillac, focusing on technique, transitions, and progressions. Teachers refine advanced teaching skills, explore touch and spotting techniques, and learn to work with auxiliary equipment such as the Foot Corrector, Towel, and Sandbag. The course also includes practice with random case scenarios to enhance problem-solving and adaptability in teaching.
Course Prerequisites: Level 2 Certification and completion of all pre-module assignments. A current CPR/AED & First Aid certification is recommended.

Module 2 covers advanced-level exercises on the High Chair, Low Chair, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, and auxiliary equipment, including the Ped-o-Pull and Jump Board. Teachers refine their skills by learning to teach group Chair classes, working with lower-body concerns, and applying knowledge to real-life teaching scenarios. Case studies are also reviewed to demonstrate the practical value and application of a classical Pilates program.
Course Prerequisites: Completion of Level 3 - Module 1 and pre-module assignments.

Module 3 concludes Level III with a one-day assessment of Full Session Teaching, Group Chair Teaching, and Exercise Technique. Instructors who successfully pass all assessments and complete 60 logged hours will earn their Peak Pilates® Level III Certification.
Course Prerequisites: Completion of Level 3 Modules 1 & 2. Completion of all Study Guide assignments and the 60 required
hours for observation, exercise technique practice, and teaching practice.
